Mechanical face cleaning in the cabin

There are many types of cleanings (the most popular first three): mechanical, combined, ultrasonic, vacuum, atraumatic.

Mechanical cleaning is traumatic, but indispensable in the fight against deep comedos and black dots. At the same time, the best option is combination cleaning, which combines the cleansing of pores with ultrasound and then removing comedones with a medical spoon.

After combined facial cleansing it is possible to get the perfect combination of clean pores, smooth skin and a refreshed complexion.

Regardless of whether the cleaning was carried out (mechanical or combi), facial treatment will be the same.

The main goal is to support the skin during the recovery period, not to close the cleansed pores with cosmetics and impurities, not to cause additional irritation by improper care.

Recall that proper cleaning is as follows:

  1. Skin cleansing is antiseptic and antibacterial.
  2. Ultrasonic cleaning or peeling.
  3. Mechanical cleansing of pores.
  4. The mask after cleansing the face is usually clay. Holy Land, ARAVIA, NewLine, GiGi, Spivak’ have effective masks of different price ranges, and it often appears in the names that they are after cleansing the face.
  5. Apply cream with SPF.

Facial Care

The treatment in question is suitable, both after skin cleansing by a cosmetologist, and at home.

  • On the first day, you can not touch the skin with your hands so as not to bring bacteria into open pores.
  • In the first day there is increased sebum secretion from the purified pores. To remove the excess, you can use a napkin with chlorhexedine, but no more than three times a day and no longer than 2-3 days.
  • Washing, after all applied formulations, set aside for 12 hours. After this time, washing with soap, as well as untreated chlorinated and too hot water is prohibited - this can lead to inflammation and penetration of bacteria. For cleansing, you can use a tonic or lotion with an antibacterial effect.
  • Scrubs should not be used during the week - they are too traumatic for already weakened skin. You can replace the peeling rolls.
  • To moisturize the skin, you need to use an emulsion with a moisturizer or gel, for example with aloe, azulene or panthenol. It is better to abandon too thick nutritious consistencies and creams with oils - they have comedogenicity of an increased level.
  • If during the cleaning process there were damages leading to sores, we wait for the crust to fall off by itself. It is not worth helping convergence, as a trace may remain on this place or pigmentation will appear.
  • For the entire recovery period, a day or two (due to skin condition) it is forbidden to use any cosmetics that can clog pores: foundation, primer, correctors, and then on the list. Some cosmetologists are condescending to mineral powder.
  • Also banned for the entire recovery period is the coloring of eyebrows and eyelashes or tattooing.

Two to three days after cleansing your skin, you should refrain from staying outdoors for a long time if the window: strong wind, too hot, or vice versa frosty.

Often there are questions Can I sunbathe after cleansing my face?. No, a solarium and tanning in the open sun are prohibited for 3-7 days. After cleaning, the skin is exposed to sunlight and there is a risk of pigmentation.

You can go out only with sunscreen applied, even in cloudy weather.

Also, for about a week you need to refrain from the bath, sauna and pool. The visit should be postponed for the entire period until the skin recovers, so as not to introduce bacteria into the pores and cause inflammation.

Sports training should be postponed for two to three days.

What procedures can be done after cleansing the face

With care, everything is approximately clear, but with what procedures you can combine facial cleansing and bring the skin into a fantastic condition.

  • Biorevitalization and mesotherapy are acceptable 2-3 days after cleaning, but taking into account that there are no inflammatory elements left on the skin.
  • Is it possible to do peeling after cleansing the face? Yes, aimed at narrowing the pores, the fight against rashes and oily sheen is even desirable to be carried out in a week.
  • How often do mechanical or combined facial cleansing? Repeated procedures depend on the condition of the skin and its type. So for the greasy type, it is recommended that cleanings be performed once a month. With the normal type - once every two to three months.

What are the complications after cleansing the face?

Complications after cleansing the skin are of a passing nature and if all the recommendations for care are followed pass quickly and without a trace.

So, what can we expect:

  1. Redness of the skin after cleansing the face, passes on the next or second day on its own. If red spots or bruises appeared on the skin, then there was excessive intensity during cleansing, it will take longer to restore such traces.
  2. Acne after cleansing the face a common phenomenon associated with the skin cleansing process. They can not be squeezed out, you can wipe with chlorhexidine and smear metrogil gel, baneocin ointment. Usually this rash goes away in a few days.
  3. If pimples have a form of inflammation, it is worth remembering whether there was neglect to care and if inflammatory elements were not squeezed out during cleaning - which, by the way, is forbidden. Such recovery will take longer and requires the use of antibacterial agents, as with acne. It is forbidden to squeeze out the eruptions that appear, the treatment is carried out pointwise.
  4. If, suddenly, a face flakes after cleaning - do not be alarmed, everything is in order. This process often happens for 2-3 days. The skin underwent intensive cleansing and this is a normal renewal. Apply a moisturizing emulsion, serum and cream to the skin, use a skating rink for the face and all the husks will go away.

What does this cleansing with the face - photo before / after + diary after the procedure

There are hardly any people who are one hundred percent satisfied with the condition of their skin. There are always flaws that you want to get rid of or disguise.

A little bit about my skin

My skin tone is warm, it does not burn out in the sun. The skin itself is beige, due to this the flaws are not so striking. The skin type is oily, and the T-zone is a problem area.

Acne sometimes appears in this zone, and the nose and the area around it are blackheads, clogged pores, black dots. And they were, as I recall.

How I tried to fight it

At one time, makeup cosmetics - a propeller - entered the mass market. She was advertised everywhere, on TV, on the Internet, in magazines. And my sister and I then collected Elle girl, oops, and yes, the most girly magazines. It was from there that they learned about the propeller. They started to buy it constantly, as the manufacturer shouted - it eliminates black spots, fights acne, etc. But, in fact, these scrubs only removed the oily sheen and scratched the skin.

A more radical way was to buy spoons with aliexpress. The essence of this device is to press on the skin, and the contaminants go outside. In fact, mechanical cleaning also takes place, but at home it turns into hell.

First you need to open the pores, but you need to do this over boiling water, in the letter si. Then neutralize everything well. In my arsenal were: chlorhexidine, peroxide, miramistin, and with all this in a circle I decontaminated the poor nose and this instrument. I had to push very hard, so that tears involuntarily poured. The contents of the pore came out, and the result was, but! There were dents on the skin, and all the marks. For three days it was better not to leave the house. Plus, I missed some black dots, and the view was not perfect.

I began to think about mechanical cleaning, and finally decided.

It has been a month and a half since the cleaning, and I can objectively evaluate the result.

For starters, how it went. My beautician wrote me the cleaning steps:

  • Cleansing
  • Toning
  • Cold hydrogenation gel to soften the upper layer of the skin
  • Cleaning
  • Peeling
  • Pore-reducing mask
  • Soothing mask
  • Cream by skin type
  • Sunscreen

When I lay down on the couch, the beautician warned that the procedure was not at all relaxing, and it would hurt. I, as a person who was on a bikini shugaring, got ready for the worst.

After cleansing, a gel was applied to the face, from which the skin slightly cooled and tingled. This opened the pores, and then the master began the cleaning itself - squeezing out all the dirt with a special device.

When the beautician began, I did not even understand, because it was completely painless. She gradually took off the film and cleaned it in small areas, moving slowly. We talked all the time, I fell silent only when it was necessary to clean my chin. No tears and discomfort.

Then they peeled me, it didn’t hurt either. And the final care in the form of masks, skin-type cream and sun protective cream.

The procedure lasted about two hours, and for me it was very relaxing Photo immediately after the procedure:

What are the recommendations after cleaning for the next few days:

  1. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
  2. Do not touch your face with your hands
  3. Moisturize the skin
  4. Do not use alcohol
  5. Wipe face with chlorhexidine

And also the beautician gave me a mask based on tea tree, I did it twice. The mask dried and reduced inflammation.

At home, I took a macro photo, and the difference was enormous. There were no black dots, the pores were perfectly clean. I have never seen such a smooth face. Joy knew no bounds!

Photos before and after:

The face is like after an atomic war, nothing hurts, but it looks pretty scary. I wiped it with chlorhexidine and tried not to touch my face with my hands. By evening, the redness began to subside.

The second day after cleaning.
In the morning the situation improved. I made a mask, the inflammation dragged on, and you can already leave the house.

Day Three
The face looks good, the skin is in order, there is practically no redness.

The next day I went to the zoo and the face looked great. It was clean, without acne, blackheads and other imperfections.

So let's highlight pros and the minuses of mechanical facial cleansing.

  1. After cleaning, the pores are perfectly clean.
  2. Care products work better
  3. The result remains for a long time, unlike ultrasonic cleaning.
  4. Fairly inexpensive procedure. 1200 for such a comprehensive care to give inexpensively.

I will be happy to do the cleaning again, because it has a cumulative effect. Four months can elapse between the first two cleanings, and then the interval can be from half a year. It all depends on your skin.

Possible consequences after cleansing the face

There are a number of side effects after cleansing the face, which are almost impossible to avoid. We repeat - all because the epidermis undergoes aggressive (to varying degrees) intervention. But the brightness and duration of unpleasant manifestations depends on a number of factors, which we will talk about a little later.

And so, what can be expected:

  • acne If after cleansing your face is covered with inflamed spots that you tried to get rid of with this procedure, then the infection got into the wounds,
  • redness. This is an unavoidable side effect of any cleaning. With the right procedure, redness will disappear on its own in a few hours or days (depending on the type of cleaning),
  • red spots. There can be several reasons - from a lack of moisture to damage to blood vessels,
  • limited areas of inflamed skin, micro-wounds can form, as a rule, after mechanical cleaning of a very problematic person,
  • peeling - a sign of exfoliation of keratinized epidermal cells,
  • burns can occur after laser, very rarely after ultrasonic cleaning. This is either the inexperience of the master, or the individual reaction of your body,
  • bruising, bruising - a consequence of manual or vacuum exposure.

These are the most common and essentially harmless consequences, after which it is not so difficult to quickly restore the epidermis. As a rule, they disappear on their own or with minimal intervention.

And note, it is not always possible to encounter the above side effects. It all depends on the characteristics of the body, the quality of the procedure, taking into account all possible contraindications.

How to get rid or avoid the consequences - the advice of cosmetologists

As we already said, the skin after facial cleansing becomes very vulnerable, because it has lost the upper stratum corneum. Although it is a kind of "ballast", but at the same time it protects the surface from external aggressive influences.

Consider the recommendations of cosmetologists regarding each undesirable manifestation after cleansing the face:

  • with the appearance of acne, it is necessary to lubricate each of them with an antiseptic (iodine, chlorhexidine),
  • redness, as a rule, passes independently in the cabin. After all, the master applies a special soothing mask. To speed up the process, you can use gel with aloe vera,
  • stains require study. If they arose as a result of injury to the vessels, you need to massage the area very carefully, after applying the product with aloe. Be sure to use a moisturizer according to skin type,
  • spot wounds and inflamed areas with iodine, make a clay mask based on mineral water. Before going out, treat all problem areas with an antiseptic lotion for oily skin and apply salicylic ointment,
  • when peeling, use facial gel with aloe vera, super-moisturizing cream according to skin type, moisturizing, nourishing masks,
  • Panthenol cream can cope with burns, all the same gel with aloe,
  • bruises and bruises appear quite rarely. In this case, it is better to contact a specialist who will select an individual remedy to eliminate a side effect.

But do not forget that your skin after cleaning requires thorough, careful, specific care, not only in case of undesirable manifestations. There is a whole list of prohibitions and necessary manipulations that will help a quick recovery.

What is not recommended after procedures

How to care for facial skin after cleansing, the cosmetologist tells in detail. We will present a list of standard prohibitions that are mandatory. The result of the procedure depends on compliance with these rules.

  1. For two to three days, if possible, avoid or minimize stay on the street. This precautionary measure protect your face from extremes of temperature, sunlight, wind or high humidity.
  2. A week does not visit the pool, sauna, bathhouse, beach. Contact with water, elevated temperature and humidity will adversely affect recovery processes.
  3. The same time, do not visit the solarium and do not sunbathe. After laser or ultrasonic cleaning, the time increases to three to four weeks. Brown spots may appear.
  4. At least three days can not be painted. Completely exclude cosmetics that can clog pores - concealer, liquid powder, concealers and other tinting agents with a heavy texture.
  5. Do not wash yourself with hot water. This advice applies to any period of time, but is especially relevant after cleansing the face. Hot water stimulates the production of sebum, which can cause clogging of pores.
  6. Do not drink alcohol, even mild.Alcohol stimulates blood circulation, increases water retention in tissues, which will aggravate swelling.
  7. A week you can not use a scrub, even the mildest. The skin after cleansing the face and so injured, you do not need to expose them to even more stress.
  8. Do not touch your face without special need. This can provoke irritation of the thin, sensitive epidermis, infection in the wounds and fissures.
  9. Do not wash yourself with running tap water. It contains a lot of bleach and chemical impurities used for cleaning and disinfection.
  10. Never use soap for washing. It overdries the epidermal tissues due to the high content of alkaline compounds. It is better to treat the face with micellar water.

If you adhere to all of the above tips, the effect after cleansing the face will not deteriorate.

What to do after cleansing your face and how to care for your skin

How to properly care for your face after a beautician cleanses the skin? After all, we have already found out that the epidermis becomes super sensitive, it needs time and quality care for a quick recovery. And most importantly - to achieve the desired result.

What to do after cleansing the face depends on the type of procedure. But there are general rules of conduct.

General recommendations

Immediately after cleansing the face, the cosmetologist applies a special mask, selected according to the type of skin, which will help get rid of side effects, soothe irritated epidermis, moisturize and nourish it with necessary elements. And here are the rules for home care after mechanical or hardware facial cleansing:

  • A few hours after cleaning, and preferably a day, generally leave your face alone. The skin has already experienced extreme stress and does not need to irritate it anymore,
  • treat the entire surface of the face with a lotion without alcoholic components in the composition. If necessary, use alcohol-containing agents to treat only local areas (wounds, opened acne, foci of inflammation for disinfection),
  • rinse your face with decoctions of herbs or make compresses from such formulations. Suitable chamomile, calendula, St. John's wort, celandine, succession, plantain,
  • After washing your face, you can’t wash your face after two or three days. Beauticians recommend that after this time use high-quality mineral or melt water for water procedures. A few drops of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar can be added to the liquid. This is an additional protection against infection and stimulation of regeneration processes,
  • regularly apply moisturizing and nourishing creams to the face by skin type,
  • 1-2 times a week to make masks from natural ingredients. They can be prepared independently, taking into account individual characteristics and preferences.

Now consider the nuances of skin care after various types of cleansing.

Recovery after mechanical cleaning of the face

Manual or manual cleaning is the most effective, but also the most traumatic, method of eliminating defects. In addition to following the general rules, after mechanical cleaning of the face, you need to take into account some more specific recommendations for skin care:

  • careful hygiene. An infection may fall into open wounds. To avoid this, you need to less touch the face, treat the skin with lotions without alcohol, but with antiseptic components,
  • wipe the face with decoctions of herbs, make compresses of these decoctions (warm or cool, but not hot!). These events will help to get rid of swelling and redness that may be present within two to three days,
  • remove excess sebum with alcohol-free toners,
  • when new acne occurs, treat the skin twice a day with Metrogil Gel in problem areas,
  • moisturizing agents like skin can help get rid of peeling or excessive dryness,
  • gel with aloe vera extract will contribute to rapid regeneration,
  • Once a week it is recommended to make masks from cosmetic clay. This will help eliminate sebaceous secretion, improve tissue regeneration.

It is not necessary to treat the skin after cleaning with specific agents. The use of medications is indicated only in case of complications. Properly using face care products, you minimize all possible risks, and accelerate the process of natural recovery of the epidermis.

Vacuum Cleaning Recovery

Vacuum facial cleansing in its action is very similar to manual. However, it has both its pros and cons. Among the advantages are painlessness, massage effect, improvement of metabolic processes, lymphatic drainage, stimulation of blood circulation. Among the minuses, perhaps, only one - during such a procedure, it will not be possible to remove deep comedones, greasy plugs and millions.

Restoring the skin after vacuum cleaning of the face is easier than after mechanical cleaning - the device improves the regeneration processes at the cellular level without causing damage to the skin.

  • to smear the face with moisturizing, nourishing agents according to skin type, age. The effectiveness of the active components increases significantly due to the stimulation of internal processes, purification from the upper ball of the keratinized epidermis,
  • apply special masks with a calming effect. This will help relieve irritation, swelling,
  • Before going out, use sunscreen to avoid age spots.

Well, of course, compliance with the general rules of care.

Recovery after ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic facial cleansing is the most popular, safest and least traumatic method. It is also called the "weekend procedure", since the recovery period does not exceed several days, in extremely rare cases - weeks.

Pay attention! UZ cleaning has many contraindications and warnings. Before the session, the cosmetologist must find out all the nuances associated not only with skin problems, but also with the general state of health.

The rules of behavior and care are very simple:

  • compliance with general recommendations - a priori,
  • Do not wash your face for a day. And in the following days, use only high-quality water without chemical impurities (that is, not tap water) for these purposes. Do not use soap, but only special means for washing with a neutral pH,
  • to wipe the face with tonics and lotions without alcohol in the composition,
  • twice a week to do moisturizing and nourishing masks with seaweed, cosmetic clay,
  • treat the face with decoctions of medicinal herbs that have a calming effect,
  • use sunscreens with SPF factors of at least 25.

Direct sunlight or exposure to ultraviolet radiation in a tanning bed for the first three to four weeks can trigger pigmentation.

Recovery after laser cleaning

After facial cleansing with a laser, care must be taken especially carefully. After all, a light beam removes all keratinized epidermal tissue. The surface becomes very sensitive to external influences.

  • You can wash your face after laser face cleaning only after four to five days. Before that, wipe the face with tonics or a lotion without alcohol in the composition,
  • surface treatment with aloe vera in the composition. Plant extract stimulates regenerative processes, promotes rapid recovery of the epidermis,
  • during the month, do not peel or use scrubs,
  • half a year after the procedure, use sun protection products with an SPF factor of at least 30 in the winter, at least 45-50 in the summer,
  • regularly (twice a week) to do moisturizing, nourishing masks,
  • apply cream to the face twice a day by skin type.

That's about how you need to take care of your face after cleansing your face with a cosmetologist, so that the recovery process can be made as quick and comfortable as possible.

Summary

You already know what is forbidden to do after cleansing the face and how to care for the skin after manipulations, depending on the type of procedure. If done correctly, the recovery period will be short, with no visible side effects and complications.

Specialists recommend conducting cosmetic procedures exclusively in specialized institutions. If mechanical and partially vacuum cleanings are relatively simple manipulations that do not require special knowledge, then other hardware procedures are very specific.

Today, the beauty industry market offers a lot of portable devices for home use. If you still decide to do the procedure yourself, consult with a specialist before this. He will be able to diagnose, determine the spectrum of contraindications, give practical advice both on the procedure itself and on care after it.

Once again, we draw your attention! The effect of cleaning depends on the professionalism of the cosmetologist, compliance with the rules of after-care, good mood and desire to improve your appearance.

What can not be done

After the face cleansing procedure, there are a number of prohibitions that must be followed. It is strictly forbidden to give up walks within 2-3 days.

Staying outdoors should be minimized. This is due to the fact that the irritated epidermis is negatively affected, especially in sunny or frosty weather.

Do not visit the sauna, beach, bathhouse or solarium. Exposure to high temperatures and humidity adversely affects the restoration of the skin after mechanical cleaning.

It is forbidden to wash with hot water, as it provokes the process of producing sebum, which contributes to the rapid clogging of pores. As a result, acne and black spots begin to form.

Beauticians do not recommend drinking alcohol for a week after cleaning. This is due to the fact that alcohol activates blood circulation. After their use, water retention in the body is observed. This leads to an increase in swelling of the soft tissues.

You can not use scrubs and peels during the week. The skin after the procedure is irritated and injured. Scrubs can make things worse.

It is strictly forbidden to massage the face, as it increases blood circulation, which causes increased swelling of the soft tissues. In addition, after the massage, discomfort may occur in the form of discomfort, itching and burning.

Do not touch the face. The epidermis is sensitive to any effect, microcracks appear on its surface after the procedure, through which the infection can penetrate.

In addition, you should not use soap when washing. This should not be done, as it contributes to the overdrying of the skin. Over time, it will begin to peel, itch.

Following all the recommendations will allow you to maintain and prolong the effect after mechanical, manual or ultrasonic face cleaning.

Sport

Beauticians do not advise to exercise during the week after cleansing the face. This is due to the fact that increased physical activity contributes to an increase in blood circulation.

After performing the exercises, an increase in the intensity of redness, itching, irritation of the skin is observed.

Tan

When mechanical cleaning of the face was carried out, do not sunbathe on the beach or visit the solarium for a week. When using ultrasound during the procedure, spending time in the sun should not be for 10 days.

In the summer, before going out, you can use a special protective cream. But you can apply it no earlier than 2-3 days after the procedure.

The upper layer of the epidermis after the procedure is irritated and injured. Exposure to ultraviolet rays negatively affects the recovery process and causes an increase in pigmentation.

Thus, after sunbathing the face should be tanned after 7-8 days. This will avoid serious consequences and prolong the effect after the procedure.

When to apply makeup

Beauticians do not recommend painting during the first three days. You can then apply mascara, lipstick, eyeliner and eye shadow. It is better to wash off the makeup with special mild agents that do not irritate the skin.

For a week you can not use cosmetics that clog pores. These include liquid powder, concealers, foundation. They have an irritating effect on the skin, become the cause of redness, the appearance of acne.

Facial cleansing is one of the most common procedures in beauty salons. She has a number of advantages and disadvantages.

After the procedure, irritation of the skin is observed, microcracks appear on its surface. Healing takes place within a week. During this period, it is important to follow all the rules. In order for the effect to remain as long as possible, the recommendations of the cosmetologist should be followed.

The essence of the procedure

Skin cleansing is called deep sanitation of pores. As a result of the procedure, internal contaminants that cannot be influenced by regular washing of any thoroughness are removed.

The cosmetologist achieves the goal through the use of special tools, devices, chemical compositions. Exposure injures tissues.

Violation of the integrity of the integument does not always occur, which does not mean the possibility of ignoring the rules of behavior, violating the principles of skin care after cleansing.

Preparatory stage

Implementation of the cosmetologist's recommendations regarding proper preparation for the cleaning procedure helps to set the motion vector to obtain the desired results. At this time, maximum attention is paid to preserving the health and integrity of the epidermis. For 7-14 days it is impossible to carry out interventions that injure the skin, requiring long-term rehabilitation. It is recommended to exclude the introduction of Botox, fillers, the implementation of mesotherapy. Refuse plastics, dermobrazii, the use of scrubs.

During the preparation period, light peels, the use of cosmetics with acids, and the performance of deep cleansing masks are not excluded, even shown. This will prepare the skin for cleaning, facilitate the process of thorough sanitation of pores. Manipulations, depending on the depth, intensity of exposure, can be done in 1-2 weeks.

An important point! To complete the use of home care products with a composition of minimal aggressiveness is recommended on the eve of the day of cleaning.

It is not recommended to limit oneself to cleansing the epidermis. It is important to identify the cause of the appearance of inflammation, in parallel to regulate the body. It is useful to carry out detoxification, normalization of the functioning of the digestive tract, balancing the hormonal sphere.

Side effects of cleansing

The possibility of side effects of cleaning is associated with the type of exposure, skin reactivity. Most often, manipulation turns around the appearance of redness.

Skin color usually normalizes in 3-12 hours. Moderate in area, local redness can remain on the integument for up to 2-3 days. Usually this occurs when the purulent elements are opened.

In addition to redness, another typical side effect of cleansing is called the formation of swelling. Most often, tissues swell after mechanical exposure. Manifestation is also characteristic of the rehabilitation period after vacuum, laser, chemical exposure.

Normally, swelling disappears in 2-3 days. You can try to relieve symptoms in a shorter period. When opening acne, conducting a deep chemical peeling, slight swelling may be present for up to a week.

With increased skin reactivity, allergies to cosmetics used in the procedure, it is possible the formation of irritation. Manifestations pass with the appointment of adequate treatment with the gestamine nature of the side effect. On sensitive skin, irritations stop on their own when withdrawing a drug with a negative effect, relaxing tense skin.

With closely spaced vessels or an excessively intense cleansing effect, it is possible the appearance of bruises. With rosacea, the formation of new "stars" is possible. It will not work to remove them without using a laser. The risk of such side effects increases with mechanical instrumental, manual or vacuum cleaning.

When conducting chemical peeling to clean pores together with exfoliation of the stratum corneum, it is considered normal the possibility of peeling. The process of convergence of the upper layer of the epidermis has a different intensity. Peeling can be inconvenient or go unnoticed. A side effect excludes interference in the process, passes on its own in 5-10 days.

Skin Treatment Rules

Immediately after the deep cleansing procedure, the face does not look very aesthetically pleasing. Redness, swelling, and other typical temporary defects appear on the surface.

During processing, the skin loses the superficial stratum corneum, which acts as a kind of protective barrier. Mud-free open pore mouths also become a vulnerability. The epidermis becomes susceptible to various negative influences.

Protect the integument from adverse factors will help regular antiseptic treatment, which minimizes the possibility of inflammation. Chlorhexidine, hydrogen peroxide or iodine are used locally.

Washing is carried out with a mild cosmetic product. They return to standard water procedures after 1-3 days. For at least 2-3 days, it is recommended to use not ordinary, but mineral water or a liquid acidified with lemon juice.

Intensive hydration will help to quickly get rid of red spots, peeling, irritation. Veils will get a chance to recover soon. You can use a regular aloe gel or moisturizer, which will be approved by a cosmetologist. Apply the product the next day after cleaning.

To calm the tissues at the end of the cleansing procedure, the beautician applies special mask. Exposure allows you to close the pores, soothe the face. You can even narrow the ducts with an ordinary cold compress or using ice cubes. At home, during the rehabilitation period, a repetition of these actions is not required: narrowing of the pores has already been completed. After 2-3 days (after the initial healing) with oily integuments, a drying mask made of clay can be performed.

If necessary, visits to public places, exit to the street damaged areastreated with an antiseptic, lubricated with salicylic or zinc ointment. With an aggravation of the inflammatory process, the appearance of new rashes, levomekol can be used locally. To smear the inflamed places with improvised means is not recommended. For further treatment, it is better to consult a doctor.

Rather, getting rid of bruises can be achieved by treating the sites with gel with a buttock, heparin ointment. The use of Panthenol cream will help to achieve wound healing faster. You need to speed up the process to shorten the rehabilitation period. Although the skin independently heals in 3–7 days.

Any impact during the rehabilitation period should be careful. Care must be taken carefully, but carefully. Intensive use of aggressive agents is excluded.

Tip. The system of care is recommended to thoroughly coordinate with a beautician. Amateur performance threatens to increase the likelihood of complications.

Limitations - What You Cannot Do

The cosmetologist in detail stipulates not only the scheme of care, but also the rules of behavior during the recovery period. The doctor draws attention to the existence of restrictions. These include:

  1. The exclusion of additional effects that can injure irritated tissues. For 1-2 days, it is recommended to abandon the standard washing, excessive touch, use of cosmetics, performing simple procedures (masks, rinsing, compresses). Complicated effects (biorevitalization, massage), it is advisable not to spend 2-4 weeks. You can be painted after 2-5 days, but it is better to maintain an interval of at least a week.
  2. Refusal of aggressive means. Alcohol-containing substances are used pointwise. The possibility of using a separate tool is best agreed with a cosmetologist.
  3. Exclusion of an active lifestyle. In the first 2-3 days you can not sweat. It is advisable to postpone a visit to the gym, pool, solarium for 1-2 weeks. The bath is also recommended to be excluded, as well as the use of hot water for washing. It is better to sunbathe actively no sooner than after a month.

During the recovery period, it is advisable to refuse to visit public places with a large crowd of people. It is recommended not to drink alcohol, "harmful" foods: sweet, salty, smoked, fried. During the rehabilitation period after the cleaning procedure, it is advisable not to be stressed.

How many restrictions apply in a particular case will be said by a cosmetologist. Usually they return to their usual life after 2 weeks. When complications appear, the period of validity of the restrictions increases.

Possible complications

After cleaning, especially performed mechanically with the discovery of inflammatory elements, there is a high risk of complications. The most common consequence of this manipulation is the aggravation of inflammation, the appearance of new elements with pus.

In the most difficult situations, the process can be accompanied not only by a deterioration of the external picture in the form of acne, but also by an increase in temperature. Antibiotics are used as a treatment.

With careless opening of purulent elements, violation of the rules of antiseptics in the process of exposure or recovery, the formation of post-acne is possible. Acne marks remain in the form of scars, dark spots. It will turn out to get rid of defects by performing peelings, physiotherapy, and mesotherapy. Treatment is carried out after full recovery from the cleansing procedure.

The formation of persistent red spots can be associated with a violation of blood vessels, overdrying of integuments, allergies. Why defects appear is definitely hard to say. The cause of the complication will be determined by the doctor. Ways to solve the problem depend on the source of the disaster.

If you violate the rules of skin care during the rehabilitation period, in the future, ignoring the need to close the pores after rehabilitation, the ducts can quickly become clogged, causing the appearance of black spots. The problem also occurs with improperly organized skin care, the action of adverse factors. You will have to remove new points by re-cleaning.

Leaving after cleaning is an important stage of the sanitation procedure. The correct organization of the process, strict compliance with the requirements will help to eliminate complications, get a quick and high-quality result.

You should also minimize the contact of the epidermis with the hands - this increases the risk of infection in the deeper layers of the skin and, as a result, contributes to the appearance of ulcers.
  2. The first few days it’s long to be outside - sudden changes in temperature, excessive humidity or exposure to ultraviolet rays can lead to severe peeling, as well as the appearance of dark spots.
  3. For 7-14 days, go to the bathhouse, sauna or gym - increased sweating can lead to the spread of infection throughout the skin.
  4. For several weeks, swim in open reservoirs or a pool - contact with water often causes the introduction of harmful microorganisms into the affected skin.
  5. To be painted for 3-5 days after cleansing the face - using foundation and other makeup products can lead to clogging of pores and the appearance of sebaceous plugs.
  6. Within 5-10 days, use scrubbing compounds - this will provoke severe redness, peeling and the appearance of wounds.
  7. When washing, use soap - this will lead to severe peeling and a feeling of tightness.
  8. Independently remove crusts from the face - this will increase the duration of rehabilitation and lead to the appearance of scars.

To the question of interest to many people, is it possible to drink alcohol after exfoliation, you can safely answer no, since alcoholic beverages contribute to the appearance of puffiness and dry out the skin.

In addition, it is recommended to exclude sweets, smoked and spicy foods from the diet, as it increases the rehabilitation process. Until the end of the recovery period, one should not have lip or eyebrow tattooing, so as not to aggravate the condition of the skin.

To make a person happy with his freshness and beauty after cleansing, it is enough to follow the recommendations and advice of the master. It all depends not only on the experience and competence of the cosmetologist, but also on proper care during the recovery period, as well as a good mood and the desire to work on your own appearance!

After mechanical cleaning

Manual exfoliation is the most traumatic technique, after it, in addition to the general rules for the care of the epidermis, it is recommended to adhere to specific recommendations:

  • treat the dermis with mild agents with an antiseptic effect,
  • remove excess subcutaneous fat with natural tonics without alcohol,
  • when new rashes appear, apply Metrogil gel 2 times a day to them.

You can use medications only if complications occur, only after consulting a specialist.

After ultrasonic cleaning

After ultrasonic exfoliation, you need to make masks with cosmetic clay selected for the type of dermis and seaweed once every 3 days during the entire rehabilitation period - this will help moisturize the skin and saturate them with useful trace elements. It is necessary to use sunscreens for 3-4 weeks.

After laser cleaning

After laser peeling, you cannot wash your face for 4–6 days - during this period, only tonics without alcohol can be used to remove impurities. It is necessary to refuse scrubbing agents for a month so as not to damage the healthy layers of the epidermis.

At home, a few days after cleansing, it is recommended to use the following natural therapeutic masks:

  1. Bodyaga - helps get rid of bruises and minor bruises. The product is applied to problem areas and removed with warm water after 5-15 minutes. Owners of dry skin are not recommended.
  2. Egg and lemon. Mix egg white and a few drops of lemon juice, apply to the skin - helps even out skin tone and narrow pores.
  3. Cucumber. Rinse your face with warm water and attach slices of vegetable to your face, leave for 30-50 minutes. The mask helps to saturate the dermis with the necessary trace elements, eliminates puffiness and redness.
  4. Sour cream. Rub sour cream into the skin along the massage lines, rinse after 30-40 minutes. The tool helps to get rid of peeling.

Apply masks is allowed no more than 2 times a week. Before the first application, an allergic test should be done - for this, a small amount of the prepared mixture is distributed on the bend of the elbow and left for 15-25 minutes. If during this period of time there is no strong burning sensation, tightness, itching and severe redness - you can use the mixture for the intended purpose.

Face cleaning

This procedure, performed at home or in the cosmetologist’s office, should be comprehensive, that is, provide not only cleansing, but also nutrition and skin restoration. The main cleaning methods include the following:

  • Mechanical (manual, manual).
  • Vacuum
  • Laser
  • Ultrasonic

Important! According to dermatologists, before each procedure, it is necessary to remove makeup. An effective result will ensure regular repetition of facial cleansing. In this case, the frequency is set by the cosmetologist.

Care after the procedure is necessary, since any, even the easiest, cleaning damages the upper layer of the dermis, which can lead to a negative skin reaction and complications.

Complications

Possible complications after cleaning:

  1. The appearance of red spots, bruises or bruising is the result of excessive intensity of the procedure or too thin skin.
  2. Rashes - can not be squeezed out so as not to provoke the spread of infection. Acne should be wiped with chlorhexidine or Baneocin.
  3. Inflamed acne occurs due to removal of abscesses during cleansing or improper rehabilitation care. To eliminate them, it is necessary to use antibacterial ointments.
  4. Peeling occurs due to the removal of the stratum corneum of the dermis. To get rid of it as soon as possible, you need to use delicate moisturizers.
  5. Swelling often appears after acne removal and can be observed from 2 to 7 days.

With proper skin care after cleaning, the above side effects disappear on their own within a week. If during this time the appearance and condition of the skin has not improved, it is necessary to undergo an examination with a doctor.

In the case of exfoliation of the skin with the presence of ulcers, there is a risk of the spread of infection, which leads to an aggravation of the inflammatory process. The appearance of new abscesses may be accompanied by an increase in body temperature - in this case, it is necessary to undergo a medical examination, and take a course of antibiotics.

Self-removal of inflamed rashes can cause post-acne, scars and dark spots. After complete restoration of the dermis, it is possible to get rid of such side effects using mesotherapy or physiotherapy.

Non-observance of the rules for caring for the purified epidermis can cause clogging of the pores and the appearance of black dots. Repeated exfoliation will help to cope with this problem.

Skin Care After Cleansing

The first time after the procedure, the skin becomes more sensitive and susceptible to external stimuli. This is due to the fact that as a result of cleansing, the keratinized layer of the dermis is removed, which to some extent protected the skin from the effects of negative factors. To cleanse the face without complications, it is recommended to follow a number of simple rules for face care:

  1. On the first day after cleaning, do not touch the skin, exert a mechanical effect on it, or expose it to chemicals.
  2. The use of alcohol-containing products is not allowed, since they dry the skin. An exception is the treatment of scratches and other damaged areas.
  3. It is recommended to regularly rinse your face with decoctions of chamomile, calendula, plantain, etc.
  4. During the first few days, wash your face with water and a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice. Melt or mineral water is best.
  5. The skin must be moisturized regularly. For this, a moisturizer is applied to the face up to 2 times a day.
  6. 2-3 times a week it is advisable to make masks that nourish and soothe the skin. Recommended ingredients are honey, fruit pulp, chicken yolk.
  7. Wipe your face with chlorhexidine or hydrogen peroxide for 2-3 days.

Homemade face masks should be used no more than 1 time in 2-3 days. Here are some examples of them:

  1. Mask from a body-boot.
  2. Mask based on egg white with lemon juice.
  3. Blue clay anti-inflammatory mask.
  4. Sour cream mask.
  5. Coffee grounds mask.
  6. Nutritious yogurt mask with yeast.

Mask after cleansing the face

Depending on the method of cleaning, you can distinguish individual rules for facial care.

Manual cleansing is effective, but at the same time it is quite traumatic (scars may remain after the procedure). To protect yourself from unpleasant consequences, it is better to contact an experienced cosmetologist.

Care after mechanical (manual) face cleaning involves the following:

  • Since the integrity of the skin is impaired, there is a danger of infection. Therefore, you can touch the face only in extreme cases.
  • Eliminate puffiness and redness with compresses and ice cubes.
  • For quick healing of damaged areas, it is recommended to treat the skin with aloe juice.
  • Clay masks help reduce sebum secretion and speed up the dermis recovery process.

Proper care after cleansing the face contributes to faster tissue regeneration - after 5-7 days, the skin will completely recover.

Ultrasound cleaning is the safest, most painless and least traumatic way to cleanse your skin.

Before the procedure, there is no need to steam the dermis, which saves time and reduces the risk of infection in the tissue. In the process of cleansing, the skin does not stretch, does not compress.

After ultrasonic cleaning, take care of the skin as follows:

  • Exclude washing for 24 hours after the procedure.
  • On the second day and during the recovery period, use purified water instead of ordinary, use cleansers that do not contain alcohol and have a neutral acid-base balance.
  • Remove oily skin with a tonic.
  • 2-3 times a week to do masks that relieve swelling and inflammation. As ingredients, you can use honey, oatmeal, clay, raw potatoes.
  • The last point is to apply sunscreen.

Important! To exclude complications, before an ultrasound procedure, consult a dermatologist and a cosmetologist.

Vacuum cleaning involves the use of a special apparatus in the form of a drainage pipe, which creates the effect of a vacuum. The pipe is applied to the face, through it the pollution accumulated in the tissues is drawn. The procedure takes about half an hour. This method is painless. The vacuum effect improves metabolism in the cells of the dermis, stimulates microcirculation. However, unlike the manual procedure, this type of purification does not eliminate comedones and milia.

To speed up the recovery period after vacuum cleaning, special care will help:

  • Skin nutrition and hydration through creams and masks.
  • The use of sunscreens.
  • The first two days after the procedure, eliminate peeling and scrubbing.
  • It is undesirable to visit the sauna, bathhouse, solarium.

Laser cleaning is an effective and painless way to cleanse the skin. In addition to dirt and fatty deposits, the procedure helps to get rid of pigmentation, comedones, acne, and also helps to rejuvenate the face by smoothing out small wrinkles.

4-5 days - this is how much the rehabilitation period after laser therapy is. The first few days you must follow these recommendations:

  • Limit the effects of external stimuli (sunlight, wind, severe cold) on the skin.
  • Exclude visits to baths, saunas, tanning salons.
  • Moisturize the skin with special creams and masks.

As for the care in the beauty salon, after cleansing the face, you can go through a number of the following procedures:

  1. Darsonval. The device is a glass tube that, under the influence of current, processes the skin without affecting the surface of the face. The method contributes to the rapid resorption of tubercles. The procedure is painless, except for a slight tingling sensation.

  1. Cryomassage. The method consists in treating the dermis with liquid nitrogen.

After such procedures, it is better not to go outside for an hour. During this time, redness will decrease, and a burning sensation will pass. These procedures are preferably carried out several times.

Facial Cryotherapy with Liquid Nitrogen

Side effects of the procedure

After most types of cleansing, a number of side effects are observed on the renewed facial skin:

  1. Rashes.Inflamed acne appears due to infection.
  2. Red spots mean that during cleaning the surface vessels were damaged or the water balance was disturbed in the skin.
  3. Small wounds most often appear after mechanical peeling at the sites of comedones.
  4. Peeling occurs due to the elimination of the dead layer of the dermis.
  5. Burns appear after laser exfoliation due to improperly performed procedures or individual characteristics of the body.
  6. Bruising can occur after vacuum or manual exfoliation due to capillaries located close to the surface layer of the skin.

After any cleaning, redness is observed - this is a normal reaction of the body and the side effect will pass on its own in a few days.

Tips from experienced beauticians

General recommendations of specialists on how to care for cleansed skin after independent or professional facial cleansing:

  • emerging acne should be treated with antiseptic agents,
  • soothing compounds with aloe vera extract will help to remove redness,
  • pronounced red spots should be lubricated with a soothing and moisturizing cream, selected taking into account the type of skin,
  • it is recommended to apply iodine or masks from cosmetic clay with the addition of mineral water to inflamed areas,
  • Pantenol should be used to get rid of burns as soon as possible.
  • peeling and tightness will help eliminate nourishing masks.

To prevent the appearance of pronounced red spots or burns after various types of facial cleansing, you must follow the prohibitions and recommendations for caring for the cleaned epidermis.

To obtain the maximum effect, it is recommended to carry out exfoliation by a specialist, and in case of self-cleansing, you must first consult a specialist on the selection of funds for exfoliation and further skin care.

Is it possible to use foundation

The tonalnik is a type of decorative cosmetics, therefore, like any other similar product, they are not recommended to be painted.

There are other limitations, it is not recommended:

  1. Wash your face in the first day. Facial cleansers contain useful ingredients. But they cannot penetrate the skin if they are washed off immediately.
  2. Use peeling. The agents used for this procedure have a strong effect, which after cleaning would be traumatic for the skin. It is advisable that the face "rested" for 2-3 days, after which you can return to normal care.
  3. Do facial massage. Do not expose the dermis weakened after cleaning to intense mechanical stress.
  4. Squeeze acne. Under normal circumstances, this is also not recommended, but after the infection procedure it will be much easier to penetrate the open pores and damaged areas of the skin. As a result, the number of pimples and other rashes will only increase.
